Manager, Program Launch & Development

Purpose The Program Launch & Development Manager is responsible for collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as business and channel partners. This position is accountable for utility program contract development and follow-on opportunity management; program launch management; and onboarding, learning and development for all utility and ENGIE personnel. This position oversees new program implementations from contract negotiation through the early stages of program delivery, and is responsible for overall program planning, execution, and evaluation. This is a client-facing (utility) position and includes representing ENGIE Services in pre-sales and ongoing program meetings with clients until program is fully launched. We do not anticipate significant interaction between this role and the end-use, commercial, industrial or public-sector customer. Reports to Vice President, New Market Development   Vacancy Status Full-time   Status Exempt   Essential Job Functions Oversee project planning, execution and launch of utility programs from contract negotiation through early implementation. Track delivery against program objectives and report out to senior leadership using defined success metrics, both in person and in writing. Manage strategic relationships with ENGIE Services leadership, clients and an eco-system of partners that includes technology providers, point-solution providers and strategic delivery partners. Propose and implement initiatives to improve program services and efficiencies. Provide impeccable client management skills with the ability to multi-task quickly and effectively. Lead hiring and onboarding of new program staff as needed Write client-facing reports summarizing all program activities; manage client invoicing and reporting processes. Define and manage risks, contingencies and mitigation strategies. Ensure smooth handoff of program management duties to permanent Program Manager and provide added support necessary to present a seamless transition to client. Document lessons learned from each launch as part of the launch close-out process. In addition to launch management, this position writes contract scopes of work, coordinates budget and savings analysis efforts, and participates directly in contract negotiation with clients. This role requires direct interaction with clients and may serve as the "single point of contact" with clients on program launches. Some travel may be required. Other tasks as assigned by Manager. Essential Physical Abilities Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit and use a computer for a long period of time Manual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents Sufficient near vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in handwritten forms, and printed on paper Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone Ability to lift and carry a stack of forms and documents weighing up to 15 pounds Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5-8 years' experience managing large-scale, cross-functional teams and projects. Minimum 5 years' experience in instructional design and delivery Experience developing, implementing and continuously improving processesrequired. Preferred: Experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, project development or related field preferred. MS in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP certification preferred. Knowledge of or the ability to learn the essentials of energy efficiency and renewable energy project development Working Environment Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work hours require flexibility based on client needs Travel <15% of the time Performing duties and attending client events during the evening and on the weekend, may be required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
