Key aspects of the Call Center Representative is to reporting to the Ultimate Service Supervisor, execute a variety of duties to provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers. This position will research and resolve customers' inquiries and problems, and execute account maintenance as required. The person will follow-up on customer requests to ensure their satisfaction. It is the accountability of the Call Center Representative to resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Furthermore, the incumbent will enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements
1 year of customer service experience
Education
High school diploma

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
