We are excited to add a Contract Recruiter to our HR/Recruitment team. You will be responsible for managing candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle: creating job descriptions and postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, references, negotiating and marketing Aereo's attributes. Your primary focus will be filling high volume employment positions and prioritizing workload to meet multiple deadlines for our Engineering, Network Operations, Marketing/Sales and Customer Support teams.
Responsibilities:
o Work with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and requirements to fill their current needs.
o Utilize internet, social networking, job boards and approved agency partners to identify and contact qualified applicants for positions.
o Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, conduct initial call to potential candidate.
o Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts to your hiring managers.
Requirements:
You have some prior recruiting experience. 2-5 years coupled with a BA is preferred.
Experience with an ATS (HRM direct) is preferred.
You think there is more to recruitment than posting jobs on job boards. The more creative, the better.
You love technology and recruiting for it especially development/engineering focused roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
