Must enjoy engaging with both guests and team mates.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
answering phones, scheduling appointments, assistance with sales promotions, social media marketing, and inventory.
Experience with digital content creation a huge plus! Prior salon experience another huge plus! We are a flexible company that values employee happiness! Great position for someone taking classes or pursuing a degree! - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members -manage email communication - Manage office supplies and inventory, order new supplies when necessary Requirements :
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calendars effectively Note:
