A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Responsibilities Include:
oFollow Brand standards, recipes and systems oFollow food safety standards oPrepare food and beverages oAssemble and package orders and serve to guests oUnderstand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions oMaintain a clean and organized workstation oClean equipment and guest areas oStocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation oTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable) oFollow speed of service standards oServe and communicate with guests oMaintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant oCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkers oOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Education/
