Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will partner with several client groups by performing full cycle recruitment of exempt and non-exempt positions.
At times, they will be expected to manage a challenging requisition load in a highly customer-service focused environment.
The Recruiter will build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and Human Resources colleagues to meet the recruitment needs.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Occasional travel required.
Preferred
Qualifications:
3-5 years of recruitment experience and substantial experience within a healthcare environment required.
Experience with physician recruitment or related physician relations activities highly preferred.
Experience with online and internet sourcing and recruiting.
Proactive and consultative approach to addressing client needs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
