In this seat, you will be responsible for billing and payroll whilst handling other accounts and documents.
The ideal candidate has previous payroll and billing experience and can be in office full-time.
Responsibilities as the Payroll/Billing Admin:
Perform missed punches audit and update with corrections.
Investigate and resolve time record discrepancies.
Conduct time record reviews against contract criteria.
Benefit employee deduction setup and confirmation.
Perform Win Team database maintenance ensuring employee profiles are current:
remove inactive staff, ensure new hires are added to the platform, and deactivate people on leaves.
Perform other payroll administrative tasks as requested.
Prepare Monthly - Accounts Payable, send all monthly invoices to customers and follow up that they are received by customers.
Provide reports, summaries, and follow-ups as needed.
Audit invoices against hours worked and contract.
Perform other billing administrative tasks as requested.
Qualifications for the Payroll/Billing Admin:
High School Diploma or GED 1
years payroll processing and billing experience Experience with ADP payroll Proficient in Microsoft Office #AFTP123 Job Type:
