Seaport Medspa is a Nurse Practitioner and female owned medical spa in the heart of South Boston with a second location opening in the North End in a few weeks! We have a bustling practice welcoming hundreds of new patients each month! The Spa Front Desk Receptionist's responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the booking system and charging for services performed.
Running rewards points for services, logging packages and maintaining spa inventory.
Additionally, the patient coordinator assists with cleaning and organizing of the medical spa.
FULL TIME POSITION Position Requirements:
Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
Must possess basic math skills.
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
Must be a team player.
Must have weekend availability.
