Job responsibilities include:
Greeting Patients as they arrive and checking patients out Answering phones, messages and emails Presenting pre-estimates and working with insurance eligibility and coverage Presenting Treatment plans and collecting copayments Proficiently Managing Schedule Communicating with the clinical team Responsible for office duties Data entry and Insirance verification Right candidate should have:
Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
Customer Service and Sales Skills Must be able to multi-task in high paced environment.
Organization and time management abilities.
An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow.
